Shipping Information

 

We partner with reliable and reputable shipping carriers to deliver your orders. This includes major services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DHL, and all our Shiprocket vendors, ensuring wide coverage and efficient delivery across various locations.

1. Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

  • Once your order is processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment..

3. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and your delivery address.

  • Any applicable taxes or customs duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website or through our Shiprocket tracking portal.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.


 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your Luxeproduxe purchase, please review our policy below for returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns of unused, undamaged, and unworn items in their original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. 

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This could include opened perfumes or other specified products. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

  • If return is accepted the product will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received, defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds & Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within  5-10 business days.Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7.Replacement:

  • If replacement is accepted replaced product will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
